In a rush and out the door make up

We've all had those mornings when we just needed an extra few minutes of beauty sleep, so this is my  in a rush and out the door makeup routine.
Even on days when I'm in a rush I always make sure I prime my face, the primer I'm currently using is the L'orèal infallible mattifying primer. I then use the Rimmel London wake me up concealer to hide any redness or breakouts I may have. For my foundation i use the L'orèal infallible 24 hour matte foundation in the colour "11 vanilla". I blend my foundation using a damp beauty blender.

When I'm in a rush obviously I don't have time to do a full on contour but I do make sure I have some colour in my cheeks. I really like to use the Rimmel London lasting finish soft colour blush in the colour "020 pink rose" this is probably my favourite blush as it's very natural looking and not too harsh.

Then I Get rid of any shininess I may have in using the collection 200 press powder in the colour "18 Ivory"

Moving onto eyeshadow, the best thing to use when you're in a rush is one of the Maybelline 24hr colour tattoo's. The one I prefer to use is "35- on and on bronze" because you can never go wrong with a smokey eye plus it makes you look like you put in such an effort when really you didn't.

Usually if I have a lot of time I fill my brows in with powder but on a day when you have zero time the Rimmel London brow this way gel is perfect, it's so quick and easy to use and again it makes you look like you spent ages on your brows. The colour is use is "002 medium brown"
Applying mascara can be a time consuming process so when you're in a hurry it's good to have a mascara that gives you fast results. That's why I like to use the false lashes extreme black by  Mac.

For my lips I like to use "confidence" by lush, I really love this lipstick it's a dark plumb colour and it dries Matte.

And finally I spray a bit of fix+ on my face by mac

Lush Haul

The first two things I picked up were A bubble bar and a bath bomb, the first one is called "sunnyside" and it's a bubble bar, it's smells so good I'm really excited to try this, it's got orange, lemon and tangerine oils in it and the woman in the shop said it makes the bath water gold so I'm extra excited for that! The second thing is a bath bomb called "fizzbanger" and it smells so amazing. It has popping candy in it and petitgrain which is used in aroma therapy to reduce feelings of anxiety and calm the breathing. It also has cinnamon leaf oil in it which is supposed to help you "let go" so I'm excited to try this out.
I've always wanted to try some of the make up line by lush, so I picked up this lipstick, it's called confidence. I'm not sure if I like the smell, I don't know how to describe the smell, it's not a bad smell or anything I just can't seem to think what it smells like. I really like this colour it's like a dark plumb and it dries matte.
I decided I would try out one of their facial cleansers so I picked up "dark angels" it has black sugar and charcoal in it to exfoliate the skin and it has rhassoul mud in it to cleanse. I believe it also has avocado oil in it to moisturise the face. I remember the woman in the shop said it scrubs away dead skin sells. I'm not a huge fan of the smell because I hate liquorice.

And finally, i was lucky enough to be able to grab some free samples. The first one the girl gave me was a facial soap and its called "coalface". It's made with antiseptic rosewood, sandalwood, and absorbent charcoal that can be used on the face and body. Sandalwood oil gives this soap a distinctive earthy fragrance. Charcoal is known for its absorbency, while liquorice root softens the skin and rosewood oil has antiseptic properties.
I wasn't aware that Lush had brought out a foundation so I was really happy when the girl gave me a sample pot to try out. Obviously I had to get the palest one because I currently am not wearing fake tan, the shade I got is called "Jackie oats" I personally think it smells like play doe. The girl said its more like a tinted moisturiser so its perfect for days when its hot outside .It's made with oat milk as a base, which helps to calm skin down, it also has  shea butter, honey, aloe vera and glycerine to hydrate and even out my skin tone. So excited to try this out!!

My tried and true acne treatment

Today I am going to be talking about the Neutrogena visibly clear spot stress control daily cleansing lotion. This is by far the best thing I've ever used to treat my spots. I've always had spot prone skin and I have tried so many different products to try and get rid of them but this little guy has done the best job. The triple action formula helps clear all my spots. This lotion deeply cleanses, reduces excess oil and shine and of course helps clear spots. It's enriched with green tea and cucumber so it's not harsh on the skin, it's very gentle so it's perfect for everyday use. I don't think my skin has been as clear as it is now, I feel so much more confident and because it's summer and it's getting hotter I tend not to wear as much make up during the day time and having clearer skin makes me feel more comfortable wearing minimal/no make up. You can buy this little bottle of magic from your local Superdrug/Boots, And I believe some Tesco's stock it as well. If you have spots and you feel like you've tried everything give this little guy a try, i honestly feel like it's the best acne treatment out there.
